Silver Tier: Perfect for starting your mental wellness journey or staying consistent with support.
Service Description
Included Services: (1) 60-minute therapy session (2) 15-minute check ins Complimentary daily mental fitness journal Tier-Specific Terms: Limited to one session per month; additional sessions can be added at a discounted rate with therapist approval. Ideal for maintenance, light support, or new clients exploring mental health care. Clinical assessment and treatment plan included*
Cancellation Policy
Mental Fitness Club Cancellation & No-Show Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for canceling or rescheduling any session. Less than 24 hours is subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited and not rescheduled. Termination of Membership: We reserve the right to terminate a membership for non-payment, inappropriate conduct, or violation of policies, with or without notice.
